Looked after, not managed
The Horizon is a small, family-run rooftop, headed by the wife of an Army officer, who is also a dentist. It shows in how the place is kept, and in how you are looked after. The rest of the floor is given to the part that matters: the terrace, the tables, and the view.
A day up here
The rooftop changes three times a day. Same tables, three different moods.
Noon
Lunch in the open air, before the city remembers the rooftop exists.
Sunset
The hour the terrace fills up and every phone comes out.
After dark
String lights, cold drinks, and dinners that refuse to end.
When the sun is done, the neon takes the evening shift.
